Delivery Terms


Overview


  • We only ship within New Zealand, unfortunately, we are not offer international deliveries as of yet.
  • We can not deliver to PO Boxes and non-serviced addresses.
  • Unfortunately due to cost of shipping, we are no-longer ship to the Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island, sorry for any inconvenience.


Delivery Dispatch Frames


We dispatch orders MONDAY to THURSDAY, (end of day at 4pm for processing).

If your order is placed on FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, or public holidays, we will dispatch the following week on Monday. 

Please also bare in mind, items scanned later in the afternoon will be collected by the courier the following morning.

Botanical Charm is the middle man, between the dispatch and courier company, when the packaging leave us, we cannot control any delays beyond our ability, such as public holidays, delay due to weather, or even courier company delays.

Shipping Rates


By default we send your order with an ATL (Authority To Leave), which means the courier is authorized to leave the parcel in a safe location at your address. If you wish to sign for your order, make sure to select 'Signature' on checkout.

Rural Delivery


Please take care to select the correct shipping if you are based in the South Island, North Island, or Rural Delivery. Your order will be delayed if you select the wrong option as I will need to email you to pay the difference in price. Missing Delivered


In the unlikely event that your order is missing, please contact in 9 days if not delivery, so we can dispatch for a loss claim and any later issue will revive, claiming for lost parcels can take a long time, and replacements will only be sent once the claim has been accepted by the shipping company. As a small business we are limited stock items that may not be able to be replaced, also high value, and limited edition. 

Botanical Charm acting as a middle man between your order and our courier provider, to often the best result is achieved by ringing your local courier under TRACK AND TRACE COURIER. If you are unable to resolve the problem with the courier company please contact us immediately and we will be happy to follow up for you, to review the status of your order.


It's Delivered But Can't Find It


Most drivers leave it somewhere out of sight, some will leave a note in your mailbox to collect at your local post shop because you were not there to collect it or there was no safe place to put your package.

Keep in mind if you didn't choose signature required which is ATL (Authority To Leave), that gives the driver permission to leave your parcel if you're not home. Once it's been delivered, they've done their job, and both the courier and Botanical Charm are not liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after delivery.

Track and trace have driver's GPS location to make sure they were at the right address. If you let us know right away the driver will likely remember where it was left. Please don't wait to contact me or the courier company! If I can get the driver's location, and it was delivered to the wrong address, it is the courier's responsibility to uplift and redeliver.

Unless you know someone will be at the address during normal working hours, please always choose signature required for peace of mine. As a small business we are limited stock items that may not be able to be replaced, also high value, and limited edition.


Information


CHANGING AN ORDER

Orders cannot be changed after they have been submitted; Incorrect / incomplete delivery information:

We understand that mistakes happen and we want to do whatever we can to make sure you get your parcel. Please contact us ASAP and if we have not yet begun processing your order, we will be able to update your shipping information. Examples wrong address, wrong products, wrong amount order, etc.

However, once the shipping process has begun, we cannot change your order or shipping address. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses, unclaimed shipments, undeliverable addresses or any other incomplete or incorrect information provided by you. 

This means that if your undelivered parcel is returned to us and you would like us to reship it, we will ask you to cover the reshipping costs. If you would like a refund instead, we will refund the purchase price of your product/s, excluding any original shipping costs paid.
