Crystal Chest Balm with Eucalyptus & Peppermint Essential Oil

Applied to the chest or throat, they create cooling sensations that simulate easier breathing, often aiding sleep.

DIRECTIONS
Chest Balm: Rub a small amount on the chest for congestion relief and better sleep.

Steam Inhalation: Add a small amount of rub to a bowl of hot water. Place a towel over your head and inhale the steam for 5–10 minutes. This method enhances the decongestant effects and helps clear nasal passages quickly.

PRECAUTIONS FOR CHILDREN AND PREGNANT WOMEN
Children under 2 years old: Avoid use, as menthol and camphor can trigger breathing diffculties in infants.

Pregnant women: Consult a doctor before use, as some essential oils can be potent.

Asthma sufferers: While eucalyptus oil can help open airways, some people with asthma may be sensitive to strong scents.
